March 1, 2011- Palatine Capital Partners awarded Horizon Realty Management, Inc. the management contracts for their remainder multi-family portfolio. The portfolio includes 8 properties, over 1,235 units and over 76,450 sq ft of Commercial space in the following states: Washington, Oklahoma, North Dakota, Ohio, Kansas and Tennessee. The properties range in size from 63 units to 320 units and include high rises in urban locations and garden style communities in suburban locations.
