Horizon Realty Management was formed in 2001 because its President, Brenda Pritchard, felt owners and investors needed a quality property management company that was sensitive to the needs of owners while providing superior customer service to property residents. Ms. Pritchard is a veteran in the industry with over 30 years of experience in providing property management services to the client sector. Brenda's commitment and attention to detail earned Horizon the prestigious "Property Management Company of the Year" award in 2007.

Ms. Pritchard possesses the claimed Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from IREM and was the President of Florida Apartment Association in 2009. Additionally, Ms. Pritchard serves on numerous boards and committees for the National Apartment Association, the Florida Apartment Association, the First Coast Apartment Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
